SoShare is  simple, free file delivery service from famous BitTorrent .That will let you  send huge files (up to 1TB) for free in a single data transfer.Just  Create a free account,  and upload up your audio,video files. photos, or design projects.The whole process is done through a web browser.  You will need to install a browser plugin to get started.

4. Latest Version of Virtual Wifi Router Application

Now Goto Your Android Mobile and Search for the New Wifi Connection, You Will See Shared Hotspot Internet Connection From Your PC or Laptop. Select the Connection then Type the Password and Connect the Shared Internet. 

(The Speed of Shared Connection depends on Your PC or Laptop Connection Speed)
